Our construction style has evolved over the years as we have witnessed firsthand the destructive force of tropical storms and hurricanes. In addition to what is required by the regulations, we take extra steps to protect our buildings from flooding and wind damage in the event of a catastrophic storm.
The development timeline doesn't end when the building is done... it ends when the building is sold and investors are cashed out.
